Welcome to Tap Loyalty. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully as they govern your use of our mobile application and related services. By accessing or using Tap Loyalty, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.1 Purpose. Tap Loyalty is a digital rewards system that enables consumers to earn and redeem loyalty points, track their rewards, and discover opportunities for discounts, vouchers, or other promotional offers from participating merchants (the "Service"). The Service may also provide data regarding your transactions, membership tiers, and potential personalized offers using third-party integrations.

1.2 Scope of Use. These Terms govern all use of the Application, including any updates or changes made to the backend functionality such as awarding points, running promotions, and displaying relevant merchant data. By downloading, installing, or otherwise accessing or using the Application, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1.3 Eligibility. You represent and warrant that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you do not meet this requirement, you must not use or access the Application. The Company reserves the right to refuse the Service, close accounts, or cancel orders at any time, at its sole discretion.
